DOC Savannah, dedicated to showcasing the rich stories of Savannah and the surrounding coastal region through compelling documentary filmmaking, is thrilled to announce the launch of its second season of short films.
The second season will continue DOC Savannah’s mission to highlight the unique culture, history, environment, and people of the Lowcountry. These films offer an intimate look at various facets of the region, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for what makes Savannah and its coast so extraordinary.
Our first film is Wildlife Center by Bae Allen, a Georgia Southern University student.
The film is a heartwarming behind-the-scenes exploration of Georgia Southern’s Wildlife Center from it’s inspiration to Freedom, Georgia Southern University’s beloved bald eagle to the dedicated staff at the Wildlife Center.
